You're website or application is unique. Defining the requirements
is crucial to ensuring it's developed properly.
Over the years we've developed a solid process for defining
and documenting the requirements for your web application.
We call this requirements document a "Master Developer
Document".
To produce the Master Developer Document, our Solution
Architects schedule a series of face to face, or conference
call "working sessions" in which they quide you
through a structured discovery process.
Topic areas included in these working sessions are:
These working sessions usually last 2 hours at a time and
can occur as frequently as 3 times a week until all of the
requirements have been obtained.
During this time the Solution Architect is documenting
all of the results in the Master Developer Document and
complimenting the content with process diagrams, site maps
and database schemas as required.
After the Master Developer Document is drafted you have
an opportunity to review, comment and edit the document
to ensure we've captured absolutely everything as accurately
as possible.
Since you own this document you are free to have us use
it in developing your application or use it as part of your
RFP to obtain quotes from
other vendors!
