Issue and Bug Tracking
In order to efficiently track and monitor any issues identified
in your web application we use a robust web based issue
tracking and work flow system. This system allows us to
easily track and manage to completion all of the issues
easily. In fact, you are able to submit your own issues
into the system simply by sending emails to bugs@initi8.ca,
and in return you will receive a case tracking number.
Time Tracking
In order to effectively track our costs on your projects
all of our staff track their billable time using our web
based time tracking software. By doing so we can easily
show you all of the time spent on your project, and what
was done and by whom.
